Cairn Guidance is excited to work on a new project with Shine Light on Depression to raise awareness around childhood and teen depression and suicide. Samantha, Britnee, and I spent a lot of time discussing the pro's and con's of getting together in Oregon during an ongoing pandemic. We are all fully vaxxed and boostered, but we knew there was still risk in coming together to meet in person. In the end, we felt like the in-person time to build our team culture (Britnee is fairly new to our team), work on strategic planning, operations and just hang out... was worth the effort! Professionally, Cairn Guidance had a great year in 2021! We worked with 41 clients, retaining fourteen from previous years! We have eleven contracts already in place for 2022 and they are all exciting projects... diverse in size and focus. In 2021, we had another high school student complete their Work Experience with us. Morgan Wallace helped us organize our MailChimp lists and CRM, she updated our Systems Simulations inventory and organized our new office space! Hello! My name is Britnee Harvey and I am excited to join the Cairn Guidance team as a Project Director!  I am really looking forward to expanding my work with Cairn Guidance, as I have been contracting with Cairn Guidance as a Cadre Trainer for the Dove Self-Esteem Project for the past four years.  Additionally, I look forward to meeting with clients to support programming, professional development and advocating for policy change and implementation.
