Blaze Approach
Our role is to blaze a path to student success as guides for schools and community partners to implement the Whole School, Whole Community, Whole Child (WSCC) approach. We share a common goal with school, family and community stakeholders to ensure that each student is healthy, safe, engaged, supported, and challenged to achieve their full potential.
Systems Simulations
During these engaging team simulations, participants will be confronted with realistic decisions and experiences, be compelled to consider new ways of looking at their goals and their work, be challenged to review what they consider legitimate indicators of success, try proven methods for making system-wide changes, distill their experience into action-oriented learnings and have fun! The facilitation experience allows colleagues to participate in a simulated activity that builds team building and stronger communication.
Strategic Planning
Our team guides strategic planning sessions for teams, schools, districts, organizations, and agencies to define their vision and mission. Using a proven process, we start with a visioning activity to capture big ideas, followed by a SPOT analysis (Strengths, Problems, Opportunities, Threats) to create SMART objectives leading to a strategic action plan. Through a prioritization process, bold steps are identified based on agreed-upon criteria (feasibility, cost, alignment to vision, etc.). Cairn Guidance collaborates with clients to develop a clear strategic plan with SMART goals, timelines, required resources, and evidence of success.

Logic Model Development
As organizations and agencies prepare to develop a cadre of trainers, or implement a project or new initiative, we guide them through a process which helps them think through the inputs, activities, data sources, outputs, short, intermediate and long-term outcomes.
Strategic Planning
Our process includes developing a five-year vision, thinking through the strengths, opportunities, problems and threats and developing bold action steps through a kinesthetic, fun, engaging training!
Cadre Development
Many state departments of education, organizations and school districts want to build their capacity with training and technical assistance. Or, they need content expertise to write a curriculum, develop standards or create a program. We have facilitated cadre development processes for many clients.
