Cairn Guidance is Growing!!

Exciting Projects Coming Up!

October 14, 2015

We are getting busier this fall as Jess signs a contract with the Clinton Foundation to again be the Content Lead/Speaker Manager for the Clinton Health Matters Initiative in Palm Springs CA, January of 2016. We are headed to Maryland early November to facilitate a training of trainers for a Skills-based Health Education Classroom TOT for a cadre of strong health educators from 4 counties in Maryland. The past two years, I have served as the content lead for the Clinton Health Matters Conference, a conference attached to the Humana Challenge in Palm Springs CA. It’s a New Year!

2014 was a unique year for Cairn Guidance. It was the first complete year of work after the Director's bicycle trip across the United States the summer of 2013. Jess came back rejuvenated and ready to continue building a business she launched in 2006. Addressing Mental Health in High School

In January of 2013, I met a man named Harris Schwartzberg who was asked to speak on the mental health panel at Clinton Foundation's Health Matters conference in Palm Springs. I was the content lead for the event, which meant I supported and helped guide/manage panelists to share their story, passion and commitments that would collectively result in promoting the health and well-being of hundreds of thousands of Americans. Southern Obesity Summit- Keynote!

July 31, 2014

It is confirmed! I will be the keynote for the second day of the Southern Obesity Summit on October 6-7, 2014, in Louisville Kentucky. I had my own call to action during my 4197 mile solo bicycle trip across the country during the summer of 2013. I successfully implemented a 23- year goal and included in this keynote address, I will share what I did to accomplish that goal.
