The all-encompassing contract with the Clinton Foundation Health Matters conference has come to an end. It was a huge success- with many viewers online all day at msnbc.com. We were trending at #2 nationally on Twitter most of the day.
Last week was one of the most exhilarating weeks of my career. Being the content lead for the conference, I worked with the speakers over the past couple of months guiding and supporting them for framing speeches, moderating roles and panel presentations. I worked with production and others on media and social networking efforts. I met amazing people making incredible commitments to their organizations, businesses, clients, employees and communities. The day of the conference, I was in the green room meeting and greeting all the speakers and being a support to their role and content. I am extremely proud of what we pulled off as a team.
We received 31 pledges with total investments in disease prevention reaching over $100 million and the number of lives across the United States to be positively impacted totaling more than 25 million. Here are some photos from the day.
